Meet the trainers
Tom Flaherty has a Crossfit Level 1 Certification (CF-L1) which focuses on proper, basic human movement, especially under load. Tom has practiced yoga, functional fitness in the form of CrossFit bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman, bodyweight only training, and has been a lifelong athlete. He has a background in various strength sports and movement practices and uses it to create an effective exercise style for anyone who shows interest in training the mind and body.
Cooking, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones, old school video games (90’s for life!) and especially caring for my dogs and aquarium. Feel free to ask me for more!
